Terms & Conditions (Veg)

Venue Accessibility & Additional Manpower :If the venue is on the
first floor or above, or if there is no lift or proper access, additional
manpower may be required. Any extra manpower will be charged
additionally and must be informed by the client in advance.

Guest Count & Pricing: Package rates apply for a minimum of 55
guests; events with 25 guests or fewer are charged at a fixed, allinclusive non-negotiable rate, while pricing for 40 to 50 guests will be
discussed and finalized accordingly.

Transportation :Transportation charges are included in the agreed
package unless mentioned otherwise in writing at the time of booking
confirmation.

Service Inclusions : The service package includes standard disposables,
cutlery, and required service staff unless stated otherwise in the
agreement.

Live Food Counters : Live food counters will be charged extra based on
the selected items such as Rumali Roti, Poori, Butter Naan, Mirchi Bajji,
Bobbatlu, Boorelu, and similar preparations.

Food Quantity & Extra Consumption : Approximately 10% extra food
is prepared as a buffer. Any consumption beyond this quantity will be
charged additionally on a per-plate or per-person basis.

Order Confirmation: Orders will be confirmed only after receiving
complete event details, including event date, number of guests, meal type
(breakfast/lunch/dinner), and full venue address with landmarks.

Contact Details : The client must provide one primary and one alternate
contact number for smooth coordination during the event.

Venue Setup & Infrastructure : The client is responsible for arranging
tables, table covers, dustbins, and other venue-related setup. If provided
by us, additional charges will apply.

Advance Payment & Final Settlement: A minimum advance of 50% of
the total amount is required at the time of booking confirmation. The
remaining balance must be paid immediately after the event unless
agreed otherwise in writing.
