Service Terms & Conditions: Venue Accessibility & Additional Manpower: * In the event that the venue is situated on the first floor or above, or where manual handling of food, equipment, or materials is required due to the absence of lift facilities or proper access, additional manpower may be arranged at an extra cost. Such requirements must be disclosed by the client in advance and shall be chargeable accordingly. 2. Transportation: * Transportation charges are included in the agreed service package unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing at the time of confirmation. Service Inclusions: * The service package includes standard disposables, cutlery, and service personnel required for the event, unless otherwise specified in the written agreement. 4. Live Food Preparation Counters: * Live food preparation counters are subject to additional charges, depending on the selected menu items, including but not limited to Rumali Roti, Poori, Butter Naan, Mirchi Bajji, Bobbatlu, Boorelu, and similar preparations. 5. Food Quantity & Excess Consumption: Approximately ten percent (10%) additional food is prepared as a buffer. Any consumption beyond this quantity shall be charged additionally on a per-plate or per-person basis. 6. Order Confirmation * Orders shall be confirmed only upon receipt of complete event details, including the event date, total number of guests, meal type (breakfast, lunch, or dinner), and the complete venue address with clear landmarks. 7. Contact Details: * The client must provide one primary contact number and one alternate contact number prior to the event to ensure effective coordination. 8. Venue Infrastructure & Setup: * The client is responsible for arranging tables, tablecloths, dustbins, and any other venue-specific infrastructure. If such items are provided by the service provider, additional charges shall apply. 9. Advance Payment & Final Settlement: * A minimum advance payment of fifty percent (50%) of the total agreed amount is required at the time of booking confirmation. The remaining balance shall be payable immediately upon completion of the event, unless otherwise agreed in writing. 10. Guest Count & Pricing Applicability : * The above package rates and terms are applicable for events with a minimum guest count of 55 persons. * For events with 25 guests or fewer, a fixed all-inclusive charge will apply. The rate will be non-negotiable. For events with a guest count of between 40 and 50 persons, rate will be discussed accordingly.
